23 years ago I had my first massage, I loved it and couldn’t believe I had never had one before. I wanted other people to feel the way I felt, and this was the start of my journey to train as a therapist and to understand all aspects of how the body and mind work together, in order to live a positive life. I realised that it was not enough just focussing on physical problems the mind and body need to work in harmony, in most cases a holistic approach will ultimately address the issues.
In the intervening years I have continued this journey to understand the connection of mind and body through courses and practice to the point where I am now able to live a Positive Life by recognising the power of my own learning. The Sarah Hardy Method is my way of sharing this; it is not about advising someone what they need to do, it is by understanding each individual and tailoring practices to their own needs which brings about results often where other treatments have not.
“I share my knowledge with my clients so they can be more at peace in this world, be more educated in their own bodies and able to look after their own physical mental/emotional wellbeing.“
I come from a place of searching; of always wanting to know more and always wanting to learn.
I have never seen courses as standalone qualifications; I have always worked on understanding how they complement each other and incorporated this into my own practice and courses.
As my knowledge increases, I am always excited to share this with others.
The Sarah Hardy Method is very simple;
I love my life and how my journey as a holistic therapist has brought me to this point – my passion is to share this with you.
