Retreats and Workshops

Spending time with the beautiful Sarah relaxing my mind and my body through her teachings was such a treat for me. I learned so much and felt the benefits both physically and mentally. Every woman should experience! Couldn’t recommend Sarah highly enough to do justice and am very grateful for the experience

Trees give off Phytoncides they have antibacterial and antifungal qualities, which help plants fight disease.
When ‘we’ breathe in these chemicals, the bodies respond by increasing the number and activity of a type of white blood cell called natural killer cells or ‘NK’ cells.
Helping to reduce blood pressure – boost the immune system – promoting a good nights sleep along with many many more health benefits.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
These subtle movements available to everyone, help to relieve painful joints and muscles.
Explore ‘doing a little less’ with these gentle movements which help increase flexibility.
‘Less is more’ – give yourself permission to try it.

BREATHING TECHNIQUES
Exploring different beneficial ways of breathing which can both energise the body while calming the mind and boosting the immune system.

SOUND SHOWER
Immersing yourself in Sounds offers a range of physical, mental and emotional benefits. The vibrations produced by sound instruments have been found to stimulate circulation, promote cellular regeneration, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes, as well as promoting pure relaxation, lead by Zak an incredible Musician.

FIRE CEREMONY gather together with us around the Campfire
Camp fires can be mesmerising, watching flames dance in the evening sky, listening to the soothing crackle of logs burning, feeling the warmth on the skin, can help quieten the thoughts and help stay in the moment.
As we join together, setting the intention to facilitate release, forgiveness, and gratitude.

"I had the enormous pleasure of staying at the Chateau de Vaudezert, what an amazing place this is. Perfect for the retreat, where we totally relaxed, we did some amazing yoga, breath work, walks out on the lovely grounds and into the local village to sample some of the french cuisine and a drop of vino (would have been rude not to!), had massages, chilled and chatted late into the evenings. The house itself is stunning, the rooms and bedrooms beautiful and decor all round stylish, cosy, comfortable and really Karen should be on TV “Escape to the Chateau”!! Karen is such an excellent host (the food was amazing) and Sarah leading the retreat both made this already very special place such a memorable few days. I look forward to a return visit, especially to see the further renovations that have been done. This is truly a perfect, sumptuous place to escape to for whatever the occasion and especially for a “wellbeing” retreat with the very gifted therapist, teacher, and all round fabulous Sarah."
